Doug is a fitness and sports enthusiast all his life. Now, he is finally able to fulfill his goal of being a personal trainer and start helping others achieve their goals while at the same time do something he thoroughly enjoys and is greatly passionate about. His rational approach to weight loss/muscle gain coupled with high levels of motivation makes him one of the best candidates to help you fulfill your goals of building a better body.
A four-time
Ironman Triathlon finisher, Doug currently competes internationally in
paddling events in dragon boating, and outrigger canoe. He specializes
in weight management as well as designing custom, functional, movement
based exercise programs to enhance athletic performance in both
competitions and everyday life.

Atvin Chen
A personal trainer with more than 10 years of experience, Atvin previously ran his own training business in Australia. Prior to being a freelance personal trainer, Atvin was Personal Training Manager at the well known Singapore fitness chain Planet Fitness.
Atvin
works with his clients to incorporate bodyweight exercises, bands,
cables and medicine balls with traditional resistance training for the
best possible results. Every session is different and clients can look
back through the extensive records of their workout to see progression
and results. Atvin also prides himself on getting to know his clients
and making workouts enjoyable and interactive.

Melezza has 8 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, having worked with athletes, de-conditioned individuals, the physically challenged, children and pre and post natal women.
She specialises in postural correction, injury rehabilitation and sports specific training. During one to one tailored personal training sessions with Catherine, she will address all physical issues, ensuring targets are met and goals achieved. Eg: Weight loss, bodysculpting, performance enhancement, total health benefit.
